There are quite a few things going on at the moment and it's all taking a bit to get organised!
Oh, slightly depressing moment, the guy I like at work is being transferred a very far distance away :tear: Lol, I need the guts to tell him I like him
First of all, before I get sidetracked, I'd like to share with you a lovely little poem in the book I was reading a few days ago. It's called The Dark Flight Down and it's by Marcus Sedgwick.
"Surely you won't run?
When your boat is ready to sail.
Surely you will stand
And face the gentle rain?
In the morning you should think
You might not last unto the night,
In the evening you should think
You might not last unto the morn.
So dance, my dears, dance
Before you take the dark flight down."
Kind of melancholy but it really touched me.
It's eleven at night here and I've still got a frying pan to wash, itchy mozzie bite scabs all over my legs and things to talk over with mates. I went for my Learner's today and failed because I got 16/20 when I needed 18/20 so I'm going again tomorrow. My friend
